freedom dance

Freedom Dance Collective believes that liberation begins with the body and ripples out to change the world.
We offer decolonized movement meditation with curated soundscapes for all people of color to expand our presence, joy and connection.
We are a joy-forward BIPOC community space where you can move through it all - free of talk, substances and judgement.
Come as you are. No experience necessary. If you breath, you can dance!
Decolonization begins with the body. Freedom dance bridges embodiment, spirit, care, and justice.
Who are we?
We are a collective of teachers trained in multiple modalities of conscious dance including The 5 Rhythms, Open Floor International, and The 360 Emergence.
